Camper care 101
If you are considering a camper to take you on all your adventures, or you have just bought one, here is everything you need to know to take care of your camper, so it is on the road for longer.
Keep it clean and tidy
While it is very much a mobile home of sorts, it is important to keep the camper clean and tidy, this means that you will always know where everything is and you won’t be climbing over piles of clothes to get into bed! We know it is easy to let things slip, trust us, but 10 minutes a day will keep it spic and span.
Give it some TLC
A little wash never hurt anyone! Give it a regular wash and a vac too so you don’t get a build up of dirt or grime. This will keep it looking and feeling fresh, as well as helping prevent against things like rust, which is always a bonus.
Drive with caution
Take it easy and take it slow, you don’t want any dents or scrapes on your camper if you can help it! Although we do know that accidents happen, so if you do meet with a bump, get the bodywork fixed as soon as possible, to prevent the situation from getting worse!
Keep on top of servicing
This goes without saying but it is easy for it to slip your mind from time to time. Keep on top of servicing and maintenance so nothing develops into a larger problem. Whether it is regular checks and routine servicing, or looking over the vitals, schedule in some time and money to look after it.
